Orchid Nail Spa Jacksonville

Horrible job. The staff are friendly yes but my nails are too thick, different sizes. I asked her to do coffin and a French tip. She didn’t know how to shape them right I had to tell her multiple times this not the same size. She left bubbles in the acrylic so I told her just to paint them at this point after also 1hour and a half. I was too tired to sit there again for someone to fix after I had explained what I wanted. Her nails was nice and neat and I compliment hers and told her I wanted that exact size just in coffin. I paid gave her a tip and left. I just will not be returning to this salon

Kayla has gotten these toes together twice now. Anytime I’m coming I always get the volcano spa because I need that especially for the heel of my foot. She is rough where needed and gentle every other time. I can catch up on emails and memes while relaxing with her. She convinced me to get some waxing done and at first I was thinking no but then I remembered it had been YEARS since I waxed my face so I let her. I’m so glad I did! My face feels refreshed and my feet feel like clouds to walk on. I’ll always come for Kayla and her pedicures/waxes!! I can see why Nam is requested so much! This is the second time I've had him do my nails and I love them! I gave him photo inspiration and he brought the idea to life! Everyone in the shop is really friendly and helpful! I’m so glad Mia stepped in and took care of my nails! She fixed what another tech couldn’t, and I truly wasn’t asking for anything complicated but Mia made it happen flawlessly. She was calm, professional, quick, and efficient, and she completely saved my nails just in time for my Christmas trip. The final result was absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. I will forever book with Mia. She did an incredible job, and I highly recommend asking for her if you want beautiful nails done right!

I love Orchid nails! After a month my nails were still in tact. Nam did my fill in and was able to tell me who did my nails last because he trained them and recognize the work. At this shop, the work speaks for itself. You don’t have to worry about missing a nail in between sets. The best in Jacksonville!
