I never seen any hair salon that CAN do a ridiculous hair color like this. it’s even worse than i do it at home. My younger sister want to get her hair dye before go back to vietnam to visit family. $500 for this hair color and stain all over, is it look worth it to you? when i called back to ask, the owner Tuyen told me that she was gonna charge my sister $800 for that hair color because it took her 7-8 hours!!? you can tell how unprofessional she is, took her 7-8 hours and the hair color came out like that?? I dye my hair alot, even in NYC, bleach 2-3 times and 2 ombre colors still NOT go over $500. With the hair artist with years experienced, you let your customer walk out with the stains all over the scalp like that??? and you didnt even try to solve the problem but hang up the phon

The reason your hair took 7-8 hours was because I had to do back to back balayage foils. That took me 4 hours to do. A full balayage is $200 and up. With your hair I did triple the foils to make sure your ends were sold blue. Your hair is very dark so it even takes more time for your hair to lighten. And you also had old hair color on your ends so I had to go back and do another round of bleaching. So after the bleaching was done I put the blue color on her hair and let that process, the blue was more of a color melt because I did darker at the root and little bit lighter on the ends. Color stains regardless of how hard I scrub it off, it’s happens. And it goes away. Plus she got a hair cut and style. When I showed her her hair she said “I love it” When I checked her out she said nothing

Amazing! The entire staff is friendly and funny! Victoria is an amazing Stylist. Has a great understanding of what you want and achieves it effortlessly. Tuyen the owner is also a great Stylist. Anh is an amazing nail technician. And they take time to get to know their clients. Very warm and close knit environment. Highly recommend.
