I really dislike leaving bad reviews. But I feel compelled to do so, as this may be a learning experience. This review is about customer service - not the end product. I am a new customer. My appt for finger coils was booked and confirmed to be with Ebone. I arrived for my appt and no one introduced themself to me. So when a young woman greeted me and started washing my hair, I assumed that she was Ebone. I eventually asked her if her name was Ebone and she replied no, her name was Robin. Apparently, Ebone switched my appt and scheduled me with Robin. Truthfully, the switch is not the issue. But I am unhappy that Ebone (the owner) did not advise me of the change prior to my arrival. I feel that this was unprofessional. Robin was polite and professional. She did a good job, too! Here’
