Update: I had the opportunity to speak to the owner. He contacted me after I posted my review and to clarify, I didn't inform the salon about my experience so this was his first opportunity to contact me. He was very kind and offered to make it right. I really appreciated the care and customer service from the owner. I'm late in giving this review but I thought it still helpful so here we go. I came here the day before my wedding in June 2024 with my bridal party. The ambiance was nice and overall we had a good time. One of my bridesmaids and myself experienced less than gentle work from our nail techs when they were clipping our cuticles. My nail tech clipped my cuticle on my toe so deep to the point of bleeding. Next day, my wedding day, I noticed redness and discomfort on one of my toe

Wow!!! What an experience!!! Last week, My boyfriend and I made "same day" appointments today for pedicures, and they took us in. We were greeted with care and kindness. The decor and ambience of this establishment is delightful. The chairs were so comfortable with massage built in. Our pedicure tubs were warm and already for us to go when we got in. That was pleasant. My nail technician was Kelly and she was so sweet! She greeted me with a smile, and a "hello". My boyfriends nail technician was so polite and we really appreciated that! They offered us drinks and had pleasant conversations. Today, we came in for our manicures, and the sweet lady in front who greeted us was soo kind. Our nail technicians were amazing!! I really enjoy coming here, they are always friendly. I get hard gel nails, and it's hard to find someone who can do that. I usually go with Christine. She does a great job shaping nails, never had a problem. She is willing to listen to and fix any problems/imperfections you see. Last time I had to go with Hillary. She nicked the skin around my nails a few times with the grinder, also some of my nails were a bit crooked. When I told her I think my finger hit my other nail, she said " my job is here ( looking at my nails) and your job is in there ( looking at the uv light)" so it made it feel like she wouldn't listen to my request to fix something on my nail. Cathy is fantastic! She has been able to create and maintain my bug toenails. I had trauma to both and unfortunately they do not grow fast. She has helped keep them healthy and looking good while they grow out. I highly recommend this Salon and Cathy too!
