She’s very professional with experience and knowledge. When she first started working with me, I wasn’t sure it was something I wanted because her touch was light, but it was very specific. and I found her technique to be more effective than something that was deep pressure. She was able to move the stagnant metabolic waste out. My legs and back felt better immediately and have continued to feel good several weeks later. Great service and well explained. Unlike quick box massages, she not only gives you your full time for the massage, but she gives homework on how to improve your trouble area. Also, don't be fooled by the location. It may not look like the normal area in which massage is done but I can assure you it was safe, professional, and one of the best massage experiences I have ever had as an athlete. Well worth the time if you are a traveler to the area as I was or if you live in the area, she should become a weekly or monthly wellness appointment.
