Ooh La La Nails - Jacksonville

A super amazing job! The staff here is so kind and welcoming and the work they do is so perfect. I got a full set and pedicure, and they were so efficient and relaxing. These are by far the nicest and cleanest nails I have ever gotten done. This is the best place to go get your nails done. All the attention to detail is perfect. Going here was the first time I was able leave my appointment completely satisfied. Not a single nail was crooked or misshapen. I definitely will be coming back!

I had Anna and she was wonderful! I had previously went to a different salon and had a bad experience and her attention to detail really shined! She fixed every nail and did a flawless job! Will definitely be back :)

I’ve given this place chance after chance but this is my last straw. I’m sure there are very talented nail artists that work here but I keep getting placed with an individual that doesn’t know what they are doing - even after asking the manager for someone with experience. I had asked for dip. Half way through I was unhappy with thickness and shape of the nails. The man tried to correct them but they continued to look like mountains on my fingers. I reluctantly asked him to simply take them off but the man refused and got his manager. Trying not to make a scene, I agreed to let him finished. I could sense the man was angry and pissed off so I suffered in silence as he used the grinder tool too forcefully and low on my cuticles and underneath my nails that I left with 3 bleeding fingers.
