On Aero Barber Shop

Came in for a cut as a walk in. I got cut by Manny. He was more invested in his inappropriate conversations with the other barbers than actually paying attention to my hair. Overall the atmosphere was too much for me. Loud music and cocky barbers. Not a good look.

A huge shout out to Erica for helping this desperate mom get her son’s haircut fixed. Yesterday, (Sunday) we went to our typical kid’s haircut place. The hairstylist there, didn’t do a good job by far on my son’s hair cut. I mentioned to her what we usually get when we get his haircut. She replied, “ I don’t do zero fade on kid’s hair due to their sensitive skin etc.” As she mentioned this to me. I was thinking, “he’s been getting zero fades since he was little.” Frustrated at this point, I just wanted the appt. to be over and done with. She kept on telling me other ladies in the salon do but not her. She pointed to a colleague that was on her phone and I was thinking, “why can she do it?.” By that time she was done, we were too. Got a beard trim and haircut. The experience was half baked. The barber I had wasn’t able to do a mid fade. I nodded my head, tipped well, and bounced. The signage in the front doesn’t match the Google listing name. They don’t accept credit or debit cards. Won’t return.

I really love this Babershop. It gives a family type vibe. I’m from South Florida so it really makes me feel at home. Jeebz did amazing with my son’s hair. Which is difficult for some barbers because my son is biracial with like 3-4 different types of curl patterns in his head. Jeebz listened to me AND my son. Had my baby looking FRESH! Definitely a repeat customer!

The best barbershop in town hands down. Coming from Miami, where people pride themselves on having a good haircut and a perfect lineup, it took me a while to find a place that satisfied my needs. Not only are they very experienced barbers, they also have the best prices. I’ve been to multiple barbershops in the area when I moved to San Diego in search of good haircut and a good price and It’s been to hard find an honest barber that has the experience and at a fair price. So if you need a good fade, blowout or any haircut with a good lineup, they got you!
