Omni Lashes

I tried this place out twice for my brows and was underwhelmed and unimpressed both times. There was virtually zero consultation for a lami and tint (both times) for some reason and my brow artist seemed really uninterested in giving me results to be happy with. I have oily skin so the tint needs to stay on my brows for a little longer but she ignored that tip so I walked out with barely any brows. The lift wasn’t as high as I wanted and I needed to fix the shape after I got in my car to ensure it wasn’t a total waste. I was only given a mirror after I stood up and wasn’t asked for any feedback. This was a while ago but I need another lami and tint but I know I should go somewhere else. Ally did a wonderful job on my lashes (lift and tint) yesterday! Originally I went elsewhere for a lift and tint about a year ago, but was not happy with the result and very hesitant to try again. Ally did an incredible job and i could not be happier with my results. I highly recommend Omni Lashes!!

We are utterly disappointed with this experience. My friend suffered from red and swollen eyes for 4 days and she can’t even attend the event that we were supposed to go. All she’s asking for was to get her refills coz she had to wash her eyes on that same day because it was irritated. If this is how they treat customers, then we are not gonna go back anymore. For the price of almost $200, this is not the treatment and service that we were looking for.
