Customer Reviews
Their prices are great, they're super accommodating with walk-ins, and the attention to detail is phenomenal. They take their time and make sure everything is to the customers liking. There is a language barrier at times. I recently came in to get my birthday nails done, and loved the results. Update: I came in for an appointment today, and the woman who did my nails had a pungent body odor that made the appointment quite unpleasant.
By far the worst pedicure. Me any my mother was rushed to pick colors. I got the deluxe plus paraffin with the extra callus removal and gel polish. It was very rushed i asked her 3 time to slow down because she was missing thing that I payed extra for like the callus removal my mother's feet had rough spots still that could have been removed. We payed $180 for a rushed half done job. I am also a nail technician who owns my own business and am on vacation and wated to just relax.
Not one to write poor reviews especially for small businesses, but my experience at OK Nails warrants one. I went in for a gel manicure while in town visiting family. The person who did my gel had never done it before. They clearly weren’t experienced in painting nails and I walked out with patchy nails, brush strokes, and nail polish all over my hands. They also did not file my nails after cutting or touch my cuticles. I wasn’t expecting a perfect manicure, but if you are going to have a nail shop, you have to know the basics. The shop also looked dirty and disorganized. If you are looking for a manicure in Pagosa Springs, my advice is to go to the grocery store, pick up nail polish and try yourself. It’ll be better than paying $35 at this shop.
I had the worse expierience. They could not paint and I got acrylics js a whit french tip, half of the nail was the french tip and it was so ugly 15 mins after they put ithem on i had them take them off. One man couldnt speak english and shaved my hand with the nail drill. My hands are cut up and hurt.
My wife and mother-in-law were treated roughly and their services were rushed. There was no massage with the deluxe manicure and they were made to feel like a number to be pushed out the door rather patrons that were spending hard earned cash at an establishment made for relaxation. If I could give 0 stars I would.
