The Container Spa

The Container Spa is a game changer as far as having accessibility to heat and cold therapy and I’m so excited this is in Pagosa Springs! Kimberly was extremely helpful for my first visit and had great tips to share with me to really elevate my experience. I highly recommend going in the sauna first and then doing a cold plunge. The first 20-30 seconds of the cold plunge are by far the hardest but it’s so worth staying in for at least a couple of minutes. I definitely noticed a surge of energy, motivation and did not have my usual afternoon crash with feeling groggy both times I visited. My temperature for the cold plunge was 41 degrees both times. It’s very doable, just focus on your breath! ❄️😁 You won’t regret it.

This is a gem in Pagosa! Modern and nice and perfect for cold and heat therapy. The deck on top gives you a great place to relax and warm up naturally in the sun! I would totally get a punch pass if we weren’t moving! It really gave me the energy and motivation for the rest of my day, and the health benefits are amazing 🤩 you can also rent it for events. 5 stars for me ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

The Container Spa is such an innovative new addition to Pagosa! I loved my experience there today, and the physical and mental benefits I reaped from the hot-cold treatment. It's a beautiful and relaxing spot to spend 30 minutes or so going from the hot sauna to the cold plunge. Kim was super helpful with tips to maximize benefits from the experience, and helped me prepare my breathing for the cold plunge. I stayed in for almost a minute, and afterwards returned to the sauna to warm up. I left feeling so much more focused and relaxed mentally (my body felt amazing, too!), and prepared to tackle the day ahead! Thank you so much. I'll definitely be back!

I am NOT a fan of being cold but I am a fan of being healthy and taking care of myself. My first cold plunge was AMAZING. After sitting in the 160 degree sauna I plunged into 38 degree water!! This one plunge gave me the mental clarity that I haven’t had in 14 years (moms to 3 boys will get it🤣). Highly recommend adding this to your health regiment!! Not to mention Kim and Michael are pretty cool

The combination of the soothing infrared heat and the invigorating cold plunge was simply amazing. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring I had the best possible experience.
