Shannon was very welcoming from the moment I arrived. She did a great job knowing what my body needed! I highly recommend her. She has a very eclectic session.
Made a 1:30 appointment knowing that this was going to make it hard to do anything else today. Shannon texted me at 12:45 to cancel due to illness. I mean, come on. Letting me know with more notice would have been cool. It's mid day on a Saturday. Definitely a vibe 👎
Shannon is truly the best! So knowledgeable and treats people holistically! Will be coming back to see you from Texas! Can’t wait to see what amazing things you do in CO to help people be the best versions of themselves!!
Shannon was fantastic. Thorough, really listening to what I needed, and clearly passionate about her work. I have chronic hip pain and after my massage (fascia blasting) my body felt so much looser and flexible. She was generous with her time-- (it definitely lasted more than the 60 min I signed up for). I highly recommend! Also I really liked supporting an independent practitioner; Shannon is just starting up her own place and it felt good to invest in someone who is clearly committed to her healing work.
A friend and I checked out the hot yoga and it was terrific! The instruction was wonderful and Shannon was a wonderfully kind and welcoming host.
