Ocoee Nails

Wonderful experience. This was my first time. The shop was very clean, service was extraordinary, and the results were fantastic. Ryan was very nice and was sweet when I changed my mind about the polish color, even after painting both feet. The massage chairs are out of this world! They will even use my non-toxic scrubs and lotions the next time. This was my first visit but not my last. I will definitely be repeat customer!

I have went here before and they were great. This time around it was horrible. The owner was rude to my husband over the phone. He walked in to prepay for my birthday he gave me $100 plus he already had added the tip for them. I had got a full set and a pedi with massage not even with the hot stones like before and that was 100$. A week later both of my index finger nails broke and the rest look horrible. I even heard her hustle this older lady who came in to get her nails done. The math did not add up. I will not go there again. She's a bit to shady for me.

I received gel fill in & polish change and both looked horrible by next day . Called business they were great agreed redo and I picked different color. I redid on Wednesday:by Friday bail already broke. I’ve never had this happen that soon and I’m not rough on my nails.. I don’t even work. Now I can’t get fixed bc it’s Christmas and it looks awful. I been getting my nail done for years. I don’t like putting anything bad but I go by reviews to go to a place. They are really sweet but seem busy and I need my nails to hold up more than 2 days.

I am so disappointed in this place.I stop by because they have a sign out front for a $30 pedicure. I go in and let them know I would like a pedicure, and ask about that price one. She tells me, oh, that pedicure is no good. Don't you want the dead skin cleaned off your feet? I'm thinking to myself. Isn't that what a pedicure is? But she tells me, oh no. You should do the $37.its it's much better, it does everything. i said ok..then this little old man shows me a plastic card with the prices. I point out the price of $37 he kept pointing at the two higher price ones below that and kept saying this one until he saw me getting mad ,so she has this old man do my feet that can barely see. He cut my toenails so short that they're sore and uneven. Got paint all around the edges. Tried to ask hi
