I had such a wonderful experience with Makenna! She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and kind. From the moment I sat down, she treated my hair with so much care and attention. I absolutely loved the massage she gave me while washing my hair — she even massaged up to my neck, which was amazing and so relaxing. She was very careful and thoughtful with the products she used, making sure everything felt just right. The blow-dry was incredible — she gave my hair beautiful shape and movement. And the cut was clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. Makenna is not only talented but also such a lovely person. I highly recommend her!
