O Salon

I just switched to O salon and everyone there has been wonderful. Nikki and Patti were so kind and helpful with setting me up to be a new client and Mimi did a beautiful job on my hair. The color came out great and the cut is perfect. She was very detail oriented and really transformed my hair; a very skilled and true professional. I have had so many compliments and my hair feels and looks healthy and great.

I requested gray coverage and highlights around my face because I wear my hair up. I did not ask for a cut. The appointment lasted 2 hours. I requested no blow dry. $459. (Including tip). Once my hair was dry I realized there were very few highlights around my face. I called and asked if they could improve the highlights around my face because I saw only a few. I returned and after she told me she was mixing my color, returned 10 min later to tell me it was going to cost me an additional $100. I told her I spent $450. and didn’t get satisfactory results. I walked out. They are overpriced and don’t care about customer service.

Highly recommend Sarah- skilled, patient and intuitive. She spent quite a long time sculpting my long, mousy hair into a cute, layered bob. Very happy with my new look, and appreciative of the time and attention that it took. The salon is nice- clean and upscale. They take your temp. Upon arrival and sanitize everything as they work.

Patti has been cutting my hair for 15 years. I have very difficult hair, naturally curly. She has seen me through various hairstyles, all wonderful! I would never think of going anywhere else. She's a gem as are all of her employees - a positive experience all around! I highly recommend!!!

Thank you so much to Shayla and Deja who helped me achieve exactly the haircut I was looking for. It was my first visit and I couldn't be happier. These girls actually seemed excited to do my hair and seemed to be passionate about their profession. It was such a nice contrast compared to the last few haircuts I've had. Shayla is a true artist. Her shears are like a paintbrush and your hair is the canvas. Thank you so much, girls. I left with the haircut I had envisioned (which hasn't happened in YEARS). My hair looks so great and it was a very pleasant experience. I will be back. I've been living in this area since 2015 and I haven't been able to find a stylist. Just lots of haircuts that were ok and some that were bad. Thank you!!!
