By far, this is a wonderful establishment. I flew into town for a wedding with microlocs, and they washed and styled me beautifully. The owner was professional, kind, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. These days, social media is often how we discover people’s work. Unfortunately, they don’t post much — but to be honest, it’s because they’re too busy focusing on what truly matters: exceptional customer service. This business is the epitome of great service. I can’t recall the owner’s name, but her locs are absolutely fire! Thank you so much for taking care of me and accommodating me early. May God continue to bless this establishment.

I have been a client here since my Sister Locs were installed Nov 2006. There's no other place I'd go. The staff are more like family. The atmosphere is relaxing and a welcome escape from the world. Definitely recommend it cause it's not like any other salon.

Her honor, integrity and work ethic is superb, extraordinary. She is very customer-friendly, attentive to her clients wants and needs. I feel so excited to be on my new loc journey. Finelle is excellent at her craft as an experienced loctician and business owner. She offers quality and professional customer service. Yesterday I decided to start my Loc Journey at Nu Loc with Finele, and I am so happy with my decision. Finele is an amazing person and her work matches her as a person. I loved that when I called she first asked have I been tested for Covid as her salon is following all guidelines to remain safe and properly sanitized. The next thing she told me was I have to come in for a a consultation so she can assess my hair , during my consultation she throughly explained all my options to starting my locs but suggested what she felt would be best and she even showed me pictures . I wouldn’t have wanted to spend 9 hours starting my locs with anyone else she also has great conversation , is very inspirational, and has great energy. I’m looking forward to going back in 4 weeks for my first retwist❤️
