NOTPOLISH INC

I ordered one of their LED pink lights and immediately the sensors were not working correctly and it did not cure my clients nails at all. Very poor manufacturing. Customer service was decent but I had to return it. I did get a full refund but had to pay $40 shipping and for the return label which they did not cover so I had to pay $40 out of my own pocket to pay for a lamp that was faulty on their end and I have to return. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager about the situation to see if they can cover it, and was told that they could not multiple times that it was on me. It was not my fault that the product was trash and did not work properly. I left a review directly on the website which they did not post and was deleted so I’m leaving it here. The nails ALWAYS pop off. Their triple X bond doesn’t work. I’m so tired of redoing at least 1 nail EVERYDAY! There’s gotta be better brands out there. I’m a licensed cosmetologist also btw.
