⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visit Northwest Beauty Salon every time I need a haircut, and they never disappoint! The salon offers a wide range of services including pedicures, manicures, haircuts, and all the beauty treatments you could ask for. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive, making sure every detail is perfect. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, which makes for a truly relaxing experience. Whether I'm getting a haircut or pampering myself with a manicure and pedicure, the results are always outstanding. I got my nails done. They are horrible! The nails didn’t fit my actual nails. She wouldn’t fix them. They were applied crooked, when I told her she cut me off and told me she would fix with filing. They weren’t fixed. The shapes are all different. The thickness isn’t consistent. The polish has particles in it and is chunky when cured. The acrylic wasn’t filed smooth so my nails are chunky and wavy. And the clear top coat has already turned brown and it hasn’t been a week yet.

Take my boys to get their haircuts here. It is affordable and they are very nice. You have to be very specific about what you want and dont want. Pictures help. I would not get my haircut here but again, they do a great job with the kids.

Cut hair crooked on the front like make one side look like I am balding I want my money back hard to see it from inside mirror being far away soon as I got home I am angry. Also asked wash my hair, she ignored. Didn’t clean shears with cleaner after guy before me on dusted it, gross, that’s why I said I want my hair washed, in beginning shouldn’t have to remind on the end but what ever never coming back

I sadly have to share that my experience here was not a good one. Very nice staff, but the service on its own has been hard for me to deal with the past week. Now that the shock has subsided I feel I must share my outcome. My hair turned out nothing like the photo I originally showed. My highlights bleed out leaving large spots of blonde dye throughout my hair and the moment I walked out of the salon it looked like 2 months worth of grow out… the highlights on their own are super chunky which makes me look like I have a skunks fur on my head. My bangs were so badly chopped and sheared, it will take at least a month before I will wear them down again. I sadly can’t recommend this place given I can’t leave my house without a hat.
