This Nordstrom is way better than the MOA one! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, always asking if you need assistance while not hovering over too much. Great selection and pricing of items.

Aside from the laughable prices, the selection is limited and alterations run late (mine were 4 days late, no reason given). Glad I got a deal on what I needed, as this place isn’t worth the cost.

Nordstrom Ridgedale should be ashamed of the customer service I was offered on Friday evening, 6/14/2024. I went to shop in the handbag department, fully intending to purchase one, if not several new bags. I was met with a disinterested sales associate who informed me that what they had on the floor was what they had available, and they had no stock in the back to offer me. I will not apologize for refusing to spend $600+ on leather goods that have been manhandled by every other curious shopper in the area. I’ve been frankly appalled at Nordstrom’s service in the past few years, and the Ridgedale outpost is clearly a bleak example of what Nordstrom has become in the modern day.
