My Christmas present was a massage at the Marsh spa and it was fantastic. Cassie was my masseuse, she’s incredibly talented with tending to whatever your body needs! Released a lot of tightness in my hips and rejuvenated my whole system. Thank you Cassie, it was heavenly today, see her next year!

Cassie massage services were wonderful; she discovered muscles that I didn't even know were tight. Her thumbs deserve their own fan club, applying the just amount of pressure and relaxed my entire body. I don't have enough glowing adjectives to describe the massage with Cassie. She has this calm, quiet confident energy and I wish I could just be her friend but now I need her as my massage therapist forever. Great deeper pressure and she seems like she has so much knowledge, now I understand why there are all 5 star reviews. I will get the membership as soon as I use up credits at my current membership...

I’ve been a client and member since 2024 and can’t recommend enough the amazing service from Tempered bodyworks! There were days where I felt literally put back together after an appointment—went in with asymmetrical muscle tension or couldn’t fully turn my head, left with full mobility and feeling a foot taller. They are fantastic at finding and fixing problem points. The Thai yoga and Swedish are my go-tos.

During the massage, Cassie demonstrated exceptional skill and knowledge. The pressure was perfect, and she seemed to intuitively know exactly where my body needed attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and free of tension.
