I cannot recommend Dillon enough! After major knee surgery, I was non-weight bearing on one leg for 4 weeks, which wreaked havoc on my back and neck from all the compensating and crutch use. Dillon took the time to understand exactly where my tension was coming from and tailored the session perfectly. He has an intuitive touch, seamlessly blending myofascial release with craniosacral therapy to get to the root of the compensation patterns. The relief I felt after just one appointment was incredible. Dillon is knowledgeable, intuitive, and helped my body feel balanced again during a tough recovery. I had an Integrative Massage and was genuinely impressed. The therapist listened carefully to what I needed and blended techniques perfectly. They found tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying and released it without ever making the pressure uncomfortable. I left feeling looser, calmer, and noticeably more aligned, like my body finally remembered how it’s supposed to move. The environment was relaxing, the flow was smooth, and the whole session felt personalized and thoughtful. A fantastic experience overall. I’ll definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic session with Kandi and can’t recommend her enough. I’ve been dealing with piriformis irritation and a touch of sciatica for the past month (on top of a sore back), and it’s been impacting my kickboxing and strength training routine. Not only did I walk out pain-free for the first time in a month, but Kandi also helped me understand what might be contributing to the issue and areas I can focus on to prevent it from coming back. That education piece meant a lot. She was incredibly thoughtful in her approach — really listening to my concerns and pain points, checking in regularly about pressure and stretching, and adjusting as we went. Dillon is certainly gifted in high quality bodywork. He’s really good at holding space for the body to unwind. His level of patience is very hard to find in how he holds his craniosacral holds. His paired fascia work is fantastic and excellent.
