I wouldn’t go to any other nail salon in Jacksonville. I go every two weeks to get a pedicure and dip. I also get some eyelashes sometimes. They always use fresh products and their work never chips! Each tech has worked on me at least once, and they all do an excellent job. The owner and his lovely wife are very professional and customer service oriented. They also always have great ambiance with the peaceful music playing, which adds greatly to the overall experience. I love this place! Thanks guys! You’re doing great work!

I came in on Friday for a gel manicure. While I loved the initial appearance of my nails, the quality and longevity were very disappointing. I was first seated at a station that was visibly dirty and had to ask for it to be cleaned before the service began. By Monday, my gel manicure had already started chipping, which should not happen with a gel service. I returned that same day for a touch-up, and by Wednesday my nails were chipped again. There was essentially no longevity to the manicure, as shown in the photos I’m posting. For the price and expectations of a gel manicure, this experience fell short in both cleanliness and durability

PLEASE READ: First time I went Winnie did a good job. Today I went for the second time and it was not good at all. I won’t say the name because I hate to take food out of peoples mouth. Here is my picture taken as soon as I got inside my car. The middle finger has a bubble and the index and thumb are not covered fully if you look near the cuticle area. I guess it it depends on who you get. $35 for gel mani and $10 to take off my previous polish. I Tipped as well.

Andrew was like a breath of fresh air. He was kind, funny, attentive and an amazing nail tech. He took off my old set, completed my full set with designs, and surprisingly, he also did my pedicure. He was very thorough and clearly knew what he was doing. My nails look amazing and my feet feel really nice! I will definitely be back!!

This was my first time here and I'm not really pleased. The staff doesn't seem to be very friendly, my technician worked too fast and rough. I felt like I was a bother. I couldn't find the right color. None of the samples seemed to match the actual color of the polish, so I ended up just settling on a color that I didn't really want because again, I felt like I was being a bother to the technician. I really don't think I'll come back. In fact, the technician spent more time checking her phone than she did on me. I felt so unwelcome that I didn't bother going back in to have her fix the rush job as shown in these pics. I DO NOT recommend this place. Period.
