No Grease | Carolina Place

My young fellas have been coming to this place for awhile. A few weeks back I wasn't pleased with one haircut. The manager Lyric jumped right on top of it. He asked for pictures so ge could see exactly what I was describing. He immediately asked if I could return so they could make it right. I declined that day but asked him if I could bring them in on another day, as I needed some hair to grow back in. He was perfectly fine with that. My young fellas went in today and of course he honored his word for the one. They both came out looking very handsome from a haircut well done. Customer service is important. I truly appreciate being heard and made whole. This is a great establishment.

My son had his first hair cut at no grease in Carolina place mall and it was the best experience we have had his barber Michael S. was AWESOME SAUCE at his best made my son feel comfortable and not afraid of the clippers or shears the staff was excellent Ms.Lynn poured much knowledge into me on how to maintain or how my son should maintain his hair and he loved his cut!!! I will recommend this shop to everyone I know thank you NO GREASE!!!! YOU HAVE JUST GAINED A LIFETIME CUSTOMER!!!!

Best best barbershop in town. My boys love it so much that I bring them from lincolnton all the way to pineville for their hair cuts with the best of the best Lloyd & Dee. Thank you for always leaving my boys hair looking good. You want someone to give you a professional experience on your hair cut. Come to No Grease in Carolina Mall and ask for Lloyd or Dee you won’t be disappointed.

No Grease is a great barber shop to that your sons or yourself. Great group of people and they take time to make you look great. Michael S is my barber and he always takes care of me. I have no complaints and would recommend anyone who wants a haircut to drop by and get your haircut by these great people. 💯💪🏼👍🏽

This is KT from ATL. I am in town and had trouble booking an appt with No Grease Premium location. Contacted the Carolina Place location and Heather not only took my call but called back and arranged for my appt later same day!! She was professional, friendly and made me feel as though I was a priority and not an interruption to her day!! Heather, you are the epitome of great customer service. I’ll see y’all again soon. 🙏🏾👏🏽😎
