Let me tell you, ladies, this salon is the BOMB‼️It's like an oasis of sisterhood togetherness! The techs are fantastic, professional, and talented. The music plays softly in the background, while the flat screen streams. I've never encountered such ambience and relaxation. The interaction between customers, the nail technicians, and Rose, the sweet, amazing owner - is awesome. We laugh, talk, and get in other people's conversations (🤣) smoothly and naturally, with laughter and understanding. We bond. Absolutely amazing. I have a great personal nail tech - Dee. She is extremely knowledgeable about not only doing nails, but nail, hand, and foot care. But she's mine. Don't y'all go hemming her up where I can't get my appointments 'cos she's too busy‼️🤣 You absolutely MUST check them out. You

Dee was my nail tech and she was very professional, knowledgeable about her products. She did a beautiful job on my nails. I'll most definitely will be back.

I want to start by saying the owner’s patience is top tier i came in yesterday for a 2xl curve set which is a bit more time consuming than a regular set but she did a wonderful job, my application was flawless before any filing or shaping. Secondly i love anything black and woman owned. Her customer service was impeccable , so well mannered with yes ma’am and no ma’am . Additionally they are absolutely affordable which is extremely important in this economy. I will be returning.

Went in this morning for my pedicure 5/5 for the vibes I am neurodivergent and the shop wasn’t excessively loud or over crowded I loved that. My nail tech didn’t try to force conversation and I love that too I go to places like this for a brain break and I absolutely loved the vibe of this shop. 4.5/5 for service I didn’t wait long at all and the whole process took about an hour or less. I wish they gave me a menu so that I could pick the type of pedicure I wanted but every shop isn’t the same so I wasn’t pressed about that but just a suggestion. I love that it’s black owned as well. I just moved to Columbus from Atlanta so I love to be where my people are. I will definitely be returning I enjoyed the experience.

Took my girls to the shop!! My Nail Girl D at #1 Nails they did an amazing job both the girls and the nail techs!! I absolutely love going there! They truly make you feel at home and my nieces had a fun and true salon experience!! Got to get their nails painted, Elena got a sparkly pink and Maliah went with a classy silver. I love being able to take my girls out!! The salon definitely made it 100% their experience an unforgettable experience!! 💕💕
