n°lighten an infrared therapy sauna

It is truly a little hidden sanctuary! As soon as you step in the door you instantly feel calm, the owner is the sweetest and the saunas + red light + salt therapy are just heaven! Highly recommend

I've really enjoyed coming here. Very calming ambiance, the facilities are super clean, and Naomi is so nice and welcoming. I've only tried it three times, but I have definitely noticed faster muscle recovery after using the sauna (if I had a hard workout that day, I feel less sore the next day than I typically would).

I can't say enough about this hidden gem. Their sauna's are EMF free, impeccably clean with a very relaxing Zen feeling. As a Functional practitioner, I was very impressed with the knowledge the owner, Naomi, has with the body and toxic load. My entire family are having treatments and we feel great.
