Columbus Nails on hastings

I went once before and it was a great experience but my most recent trip was quite the opposite. I went to get a fill in for my natural nails with gel on top. The woman who I can only assume was the owner continued to take cut down my REAL nails and completely start from scratch. She was laughing at me the entire time (I had waited a week too long but it was a holiday so I had no time to get them done) she then started filing and drilling my nails until there was little to nothing left of my real nails and I had to eventually ask her to stop completely because she filed my nail completely to the bed (see photo). She then was dunking my nails in acetone and when I told her it was extremely painful she just kept doing it. I then asked to just pay and leave because I could not endure it any l

*It was a welcoming environment, but unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the \$68—plus a \$15 tip (which felt somewhat expected) and an additional 3% machine charge. In total, I spent \$87.** Honestly, it wasn’t worth the price. Both my manicure and pedicure felt rushed, and the results reflect that—as you can see in the photo. When I asked the technician to clean it up a bit more, she did so without an issue, but it was clear she wasn’t taking her time or being thorough. I was also asked to pay before the service was fully completed, and while she was putting the bag on my feet, she basically said I could leave. This was done just yesterday, and as soon as I left I took a picture. What do you all think?

I asked for a set of stiletto acrylics with a design on them. not only were they not clear about the price, but they didn't even give me what I wanted in any form. I received gel x nails in a solid color (when I presented my reference image up front), that were closer to almond shaped than stiletto. overall very displeased with the service I received here.

I’ve gone to this place a few times. The first time was a peaceful experience, however, as most nail salons do they slack off once they feel they have you as a customer. I always tip very well so I was surprised when I went in to remove gel on fingernails & toes & they botched it horribly! I wear my nails natural and they used an electric file to remove the gel as if I had tips, then had the audacity to say my natural nails were tips. I asked if they should be soaked in acetone & they said no no that won’t work..I’ll do it next time. Not only was it painful but my regular polish mani pedi looked lumpy which I didn’t really notice until I got home & my husband & daughter pointed it out. I can tell you there will be no next time. I was charged $80 for a lousy rush job! Worst thing is I have
