From the moment I came in, i was impressed by the customer service and the quality and presentation of the lashes! For a little over 6 years, I have been coming to Eye Heart Lashes. I love this place so much; they are truly super sweet and provide the best service and quality of lashes and glue. I take a little nap every time I come. As a mother of 3 , this is truly a relaxing place.

The employees were nice and professional. However there was no price listed on the website for sets which is a red flag. The new client discount is nice because you only pay about $90-$100. I paid $170 for this set as a returning client, that looks unfinished like I had them for 3 weeks already .. and plastic-like. They don’t issue full or partial refunds after you leave the store.They offered to redo it but I am not comfortable still given that I paid $170 for a set period that was neither long or full. On top of that , later in the day I had a reaction to whatever glue they used only on one eye which I woke up to being crusty and swollen.. If you have the money I say do it but in my option it is overpriced and prices should be listed beforehand.
