Edit: +1 star because I was offered a full refund when I asked, and Nina treated me so kindly during the whole process Nina is such a sweet woman, but I think this place is much better suited for non-color appointments, like quick haircuts. I went in for a root-touchup and my hair was originally going to be left 2 different colors (the touch up vs the previously bleached areas) if I hadn't asked. Even after catching it and requesting everything be one color (which I was fine with toning it darker, as long as everything matched), my roots are still way more brassy than the rest of my hair. It's also not symmetric as you can see in the second picture, the bleach on one side of my head didn't even go to the entire root (leaving a stripe). Called to get a pedicure and got in the same day which was nice. First pedi I've ever gotten and it was amazing- almost fell asleep ! Thank you so much for a relaxing experience !

They really took care of me. I've been so depressed that my hair was basically a nest. Now I've got a cute, low maintenance hair cut that is cute with and without styling. It's really affordable too! Definitely coming back.

Excellent pedicure! I got another woman (not Nina) and she was careful, meticulous, thorough, clean and professional! It’s honestly one of the best pedicures I’ve had and also at a great price. I am only visiting the area, but I wish I could back regularly. They also fit me in same day. Definitely recommend this place.
