Nina is amazing! She is super attentive, a total perfectionist (you won't leave without looking perfect!), and so so sweet. Plus, she is absolutely bomb at her job! She's quick, skilled, and makes it a (relatively) painless experience! She chats the entire appointment, no weird silences that I've experienced in other places, and she is an absolute joy to be around. I honestly look forward to my appointment every month! Her studio is super clean and adorable, and feels like home. I have and will continue to recommend her to all my friends - Nina's the best!
She is fantastic at waxing. Painless! But, I called 3 times with no reply/ I understand she is busy but a quick reply that is busy would have been appreciated!
Nina is amazing. Highly recommend.
