Nice Nail & Spa

AWFUL!! Worst dip job I’ve ever had. Left there and heading straight to get them redone where I should have gone to begin with. very disappointed. Will never go back!!!! I also never leave reviews but I had to for this one. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I was so excited for the first time in like three years to treat myself, worst decision ever. My pedicure was good besides paint all over my toes, but then they moved to my fingers…. I got dip as I always have, I told the lady I havnt had my nails done in about three years… aka they need some work. No work done, they immediately started dipping them without cutting or shaping them. Not only are they as thick as a butter bean on my finger but paint was left all around. I was burned multiple times and none of them are the same length.

Sadly the pedicure was decent. The lady the man had come over to paint my toes was below average. Like literally my daughter does better. But again its decent and i thought only $15 like last time bc it was gel polish and he did do some light maintenance. She got to my full set and refused to build up my apex. Im literally telling her its flat and she replies oh you want thick nails. No i said i want a higher apex and i show her pictures. She only added to 2 of the 10! Im telling her no ma'am please just add more acrylic here. She says no bc i haven't let her file it yet. Baby you dont have enough to file nor do you even have a drill out! But i let her file it and she proceeds to file then pulls out the polish. I said no ma'am lets stop. I put on my socks and shoes and the man is asking w

So I gave them one more try but this is the LAST time I’ll be visiting them (Spending my $$$)… smh I went in for a pedicure… when I showed the owner/manager/person in charge the dead skin still on my toes & feet (that I rubbed off to show them it shouldn’t be there) they got upset at me and started to raise their voices and said you just have dry skin… lol the WHOLE reason for getting a pedicure is to have your feet exfoliated and cuticles trimmed along with your nails trimmed and painted! All that said I’ve had shotty pedicures before But this review is for that and Their TERRIBLE attitudes and customer service…. The customer checking out before me said she lives on this side of town but her and her daughter will not be back… the man checking her out said well STAY OUT… just ClassLESS!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I originally wanted dip but then changed my mind. The ladies looked at me like they were annoyed, but I got dip anyways. The lady didn’t even get all of the old color off. She did not put a tip on my nail that had broken. When I mentioned it, she laughed. Do not go here. This is the worst experience plus they are so rude.
