NEX Barber Shop

Waited 2 hours for a hair cut. Only 3 people were in front of me. But after he cut 2 of the people’s hair, he skipped me and the guy in uniform that was next. So I hung out a little more, got skipped again, checked the list when I gave up waiting and saw they were a whole six names past me on the list. Cutting whoever he felt like cutting, skipping, uniformed people, and being rude to people asking why the wait was so long. The haircuts are already low quality, waiting 2 hours for a chop job is insane

Absolutely trash!! Made an appointment because previous I had to wait 3 hrs just to get haircut. they don’t care about customers. Lack of respect. When you ask questions especially I was new they started making faces. I don’t recommend this barber shop to anyone. They need to be fired

They average 30-40 minutes per person. Expect a 2 hour wait or more depending on how many people ahead of you. People leaving, because of the wait time. They do a good job from the haircuts I saw, but never got.

Seems like they didn’t care to work, Waited long time and no communication, waited almost an hour without customer ahead of me. Had a very bad experience, old guy barber hold my son's hand trying to scare him cutting he's hand with a razor. My son have autism disorder, thats not proper way to show him razor will not hurt him. I Told the old guy barber to stop doing that, i talked to the dept manager to address this matter. Thats unacceptable. My son got traumatized with this incident, he's crying while hugging me saying never to go back nex barber again. Hopefully this will be the last time he gonna do that to any kids go in there. 🙏

Waited 2 Hours just for the barber to be picking people on this list skipping people who been waiting. How hard is it to follow the damn list
