Grabbed ticket 17. They were on 1. I waited outside for an hour and a half and they were only on 5 and it didn't even move for the next half hour. Went inside and saw multiple mom's/dad's getting their kids haircuts right after they were done. So they let people cut, and weren't even using the number system it seems. What's the point of the tickets then? Active duty should have priority on the weekends since it's the only time we get for a haircut. Also it's only 1 or 2 people cutting hair taking their sweet time, talking more than cutting. Go elsewhere for a cut so you don't spend all day for an average fade.

Barber had a sign that said she was at capacity and couldn’t take more customers before closing; this was at 1430 and there was one person waiting — they close at 1630!

Wait three hours in line with only two people in front of you because they only have one barber working, this place is a joke.

I’ve never seen a business close so often during their posted business hours. Decent haircuts if you can figure out when they’re actually open.

Everybody stay away so I can get a cut without waiting 2 hours, thanks.
