I originally came in because of a promotion and ended up finding a place I will absolutely be returning to. Brooke gave me one of the best facials I have ever had. She was professional, thorough, and made the entire experience feel elevated and relaxing. She explained everything she was doing, used incredible products, and my skin looked noticeably brighter and smoother immediately after. It felt completely customized, not generic. I also had the opportunity to sit down with Dani to review package options, and she was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and zero pressure. I went there last week. I was OK with the additional service they tried to package it with the intro offer. Given all the services, the total price was still very reasonable. My skin did look better after the facial. I would give a 5 if they could be more transparent with pricing upfront. At the end of the day, you want to acquire customers who value the service. The $49.99 intro price and the 20% off due to rescheduling were misleading, I saw everyone here who bought BOGO paid $112 before tip. Regardless, it’s still a reasonable price for the services provided. My aesthetician Brook was nice and sweet.

I’ve been here twice, Danny who’s always very patient and explains the product well is a good resource to find out what product works best for you and your skin longevity. Ann Ferrell did my facial and she was incredibly nice. Her technique was great but her hands 🙌… AMAZING … she was gentle but made my skin plump and youthful again. I highly recommend them. Parking is a tricky so plan to arrive at least 20 mins earlier or get dropped off but I think it’s a great spot for a little “me” time.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my service today. I received the puffy eye treatment, which is advertised as a one-hour service. I also added the BOGO add-on treatments for an additional $70, which were supposed to extend my treatment by an extra 30 minutes. However, my total time in the room—including getting dressed afterward and leaving a tip—was one hour. Based on that, it does not appear that the additional services were provided for the full time that was paid for. Ana was very sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. My concern is not with her personally, but with the service duration. I simply feel that I did not receive the full services that were paid for.
