Newport Nails

I'm sorry but I am going to be brutally honest here. At first, I had a not-so-great experience. They rushed through the process and my nails were not great. She glopped on a lot of gel polish causing it to bubble and tear after less 10 HOURS! At first I rated them a 1 because of this but I did go back the next day and she completely did them over at no charge and apologized for the mishap. They look A LOT better now. I gave 3 stars because this should not have happened at all. I should not have had to return to have my nails done correctly.

I love this place! Always tons of available parking and they’re always available for a walk in. I got a fill when I should’ve gotten a full set and broke one of my nails, which was totally my fault, I went in to get it filled, and they didn’t even charge me :-)

I go here all the time. Great quality nails and service. Have been to many places and this is one of the best and very fairly priced. Please tip!

A crowded nail factory... my tech pulled out used tools - no sign of sanitizing anywhere. She gave a short massage while watching TV and when I asked to focus on the heel, she said $10 more. I totally regretted stepping foot in this shop.

1 star because I can't rate a zero. My mama always said if you don't have anything nice to say dont say anything at all, but seriously not enough can be said just how terrible the service is for the price they charge. Not to mention the substandard work.
