Great barbershop in the area! I stopped by on Tuesday and found out they run a special that day—regular haircuts are only $14. You really can’t beat that price. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for an affordable and reliable barber.

I used to come here when I lived in the area. Now I’m back home and when I needed a cut I headed right to New York Barber Shop. I walked in with a ponytail halfway down my back that I got tired of caring for. Mr. Ali asked if I was sure and he started easy in case I changed my mind. Soon I was getting a razor then scissors and another razor for fine details. Great attention to detail, he took his time and I walked out with a fantastic cut. It was so good I didn’t mind losing my ponytail. Best of all, it was under twenty dollars. It doesn’t get better than this!

The staff there are extremely good and very friendly—so good that it’s hard to describe them in words. They are very smart and professional. I will definitely go back to New York Barber Shop again.

I've been going to this barbershop for some time now, and I can't complain about the professionalism and quality of their work. However, I must respectfully make a suggestion today. Considering the diverse cultures and ethnicities of our frequent customers, they could improve the appearance and scent inside the shop. I was there today for a haircut, and it looked a bit neglected (not dirty), and the smell was a little strong; it wasn't very pleasant. Of course, the quality of their work outweighs any complaints, but if they could put a little more care into these aspects, it would be fantastic.
