Gentlemen's Cuts Barber Shop

I had a disappointing experience with my recent haircut. I gave clear instructions not to cut my hair too short, but the haircut was completed very quickly, in under 10 minutes, and a significant amount of hair was removed before I had the opportunity to provide any feedback. As a result, my natural part is now gone and the hair is uneven and difficult to manage. When I raised my concern, the barber insisted that he had followed my instructions, but the result clearly did not reflect what I had asked for. The interaction also felt somewhat dismissive, which made the situation more frustrating. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would have appreciated a more careful approach and a willingness to listen when I pointed out the issue.

My 16 month old had his very first haircut yesterday morning. His barber was so patient and understanding (throughout the haircut my son was screaming, crying, and trying to get away as I held him). It felt like it would take a miracle for us to walk out with a nice haircut but his barber was able to handle the situation and gave a wonderful haircut. My husband and I are very impressed.

I’ve been here twice. My first experience was great, which is why I decided to come back. This time, however, the barber who cut my hair was new. My haircut is pretty simple — a #3 on the sides and about a half-inch off the top — but it was clear the new guys was inexperience. While he handled the clippers well, he seemed unsure with scissors and ended up cutting off much more than I asked for. I’ll still come back and give this place another shot, but next time I’ll definitely book with Latif.
