They RUINED my hair!! My hair has never been so thin, so much fell out. I went in for more highlights and a touch up since I couldn’t go to my usual stylist and I regret it so much! Not only are my roots still brown but my hair fell out in clumps because she had bleach on my hair for 4 HOURS! The entire process took almost 6 hours!! I’ve never been so upset over my hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!

I’m in town for a visit with my son and decided I needed a MUCH needed updated hair style. At 69 years young I’m not ready for the amount of gray that was now my old self. I was also greatly in need of a good haircut. Alas, in comes Grace. I called the salon and was fortunate enough to get an appointment the next day. Grace gave me a much needed cut and added low lights to my faded gray. I walked out of the salon a new 69 years young woman. She did a fabulous job and was very attuned to my wants and needs. I highly recommend her and will see her again next time I’m in town. I’m hooked!!! Thank you, Grace for your patience, knowledge and expertise AND fitting me in. I had a wonderful experience 🥰

I've been a long time client at Sagittarius Salon in Hagerstown for color and cut and just recently made the choice to try New Reflections in Waynesboro after accidentally missing my hair appt. with Sagittarius. I'm very glad that I did. Grace did a wonderful job with my hair cut and I liked the end result of the color she did, much better than my previous stylist. They got me on the schedule quickly and made it a great visit. I initially spoke with Jill on the phone, who was great, explaining everything and getting me scheduled with Grace. I can't wait for my next appt with her and I recommend this business every chance I get.

Kelly did a great job at removing 3 years of black box dye and left me with a warm chestnut brown color and still very strong healthy hair :) the color correction and haircut went awesome
