I called to make an appointment for a haircut for this Saturday or next. I left a message which the voicemail said a call would be returned at end of business day. Well it's 2 days later and I never received a call back. In my opinion this is not good customer service and I figured if they didn't want my business I would go somewhere else. I have an appointment for Saturday at another salon. Sad cause I wanted to try this salon.

Best salon in town. You know it's good when my teenage son gets excited to come here and get his hair cut and permed vs. going to sports clips or anywhere else. Stacey was very patient with him during his first perm and his thousands of questions about it. We highly recommend Stacey!

Great attention to me, her customer. I wanted to donate my hair and Tammy knew exactly what to do with my hair to do so. She took great care so that my donation would be clean and dry, and she bundled it for the Ziploc bag that I brought. Then she gave me a great new shorter style and completely made me feel welcome while I was there. This will be a great place for me to get my hair done and to bring my family to. And she answers the phone or calls back, which is more than I can say for other salons in Waynesboro!

For the many years that I went here to get my hair cut I had a wonderful experience. That was until they started to not pick up my calls, which I found curious as I had never had an issue with any of the staff. I attempted to leave voice-mails in order to try and schdule appointments, none of which were responded to or acknowledged. Sadly, I do feel like I know the reason that they have cut contact with me. A family member of mine is very close to one of the staff, and I went to court against said member and won. Since the case, I have not had any successful attempts at making an appointment there even though they do an absolutely great job with my hair. I do wish I could return, and I believe that I have been cut contact for completely illegitimate reasons.

I had to get my hair styled for a wedding reception and Holly was amazing. I was in town for just the weekend but if I lived here I would totally go back
