Thought I’d treat myself and have my eyebrows waxed for a Christmas party I was going to the next day. Needless to say it didn’t go as I would have liked. I had Sara. I should have went back in when I left and was looking at it in my vehicle but usually my skin is pink around afterwards but didn’t realize the extent of the damage and went back in the next day to show her this wound I got. She said “I didn’t do that. The wax doesn’t go down that far.” I assume maybe she put on too much and when she applied the paper it pushed it down that far. Anyway she gave no apology or anything & she basically blamed me. You can see it’s a straight line from getting waxed. It was there when I left. Do you think I went home and did this to myself?!! Needless to say I won’t be returning there.

April has waxed and dyed my eyebrows twice now and each time I'm completely amazed! I have blonde hair and invisible brows and she makes them look so natural and so beautiful, plus it knocks an entire step out of my makeup routine! Her room is so calming and comfortable and her conversation is effortless. Also they have a dog there sometimes and he's sweet and snuggly and that just adds to the experience. I will continue to make appointments here as long as we live in Waynesboro

Love this salon! Andrea is the best!!! She's cut my mom's hair for years and now my daughter and I see her. Every cut has been exactly what we were looking for. We'll be clients for life!

Every time I went in to see my stylist, I always got the DIRTIEST looks from the other stylists that were there. The attitude they have is awful, and I never felt welcome. Don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a welcoming salon.

Made an appointment a month out to have my hair colored before leaving for a wedding. Arrived to my appointment only to be told the stylist didn’t work there anymore and had left right around the time my appointment was made. I was never informed she was gone to try and reschedule and due to my own work schedule they could not get me in before I leave. Extremely unprofessional.
