New Perfect Nails Fort Washington

I was extremely disappointed during my visit. There were roaches by the pedicure station, and when I pointed them out, my tech simply shooed them away with a towel. That's unacceptable in a place where cleanliness is a must. I won't be coming back.

Extremely sloppy nails. I had to help the mail tech with French tips and it was very painful when he was using the drill. I've never had so many people tell me my nails look awful

For my first time there I had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly I did have a little wait but it wasn't too long. Vii did my nails and she was very nice and very professional. I Love my nails. I will be going back again. 😊 (Vii is no longer at this shop anymore) 😞

I usually don’t walk into random places but I figured a pedicure is simple. The people were initially nice. The place isn’t extravagant or anything so I tried not to judge instantly. The nail tech cut my toe nails without asking so now I have baby nub toenails. He rushed my whole pedicure. His polishing was horrible. I asked if he could clean it up and he flipped out and walked off. Another tech had to come finish up and she was nice but still didn’t clean it up. The caked up coats of polish was insane. I can literally pick up the polish from my cuticle and lift the layer off. Let’s just say, I’m not a happy customer.

I have been going to New Perfect Nails for over 5 years. And even though I moved from Fort Washington to Waldorf, I still make the drive back there to get my nails done! Mai does an amazing job and I ALWAYS get compliments about how great my nails look! Their prices are very reasonable! I’m a customer for life!!
