I absolutely love this nail salon! I drive all the way from the Westside to the Avenues just for Tommy—he’s my favorite nail tech. His creative style and skill are truly top-notch. The salon itself is spotless, and the hospitality is incredible. They offer cold drinks, and their pedicures are seriously the best. Every visit makes me feel like a princess!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I have had my nails done here multiple times; they always looked nice and the appointment was always on time, which is why I returned. Here’s my problem. The second to last time I showed up to my appointment, they told me my nail tech had left early for a family emergency. No biggie, I completely understand stuff happens to no fault of anyone, but the gentleman at reception commented that he “should have called to let me know” which I can’t help but agree. I got my nails done by someone else at that time. Today when I went in, the tech I had an appointment with was busy assisting another customer. They asked me to come back in 30 minutes. This is my honest opinion. I'm thrilled to have finally found this salon in Jaxsonville; they have everything. From the moment they greeted me, I felt right at home, and as soon as I met Roxi and Lili 💓, they were incredibly kind and professional. I asked for a simple design, and they did it so much better than the photo I showed them. Thank you so much girls 🥰 . This is my nail on the first day, and the second is after three weeks. It's still perfect, and I'm a cook! I highly recommend them. And I'll definitely be visiting them again soon; I can't wait to go back .

I don’t normally go to get my nails done at other places, but this was a 10 out of 10 positive experience. I waited for 20 min but it was right before they close so I was happy to wait.My stylist was absolutely perfect. She took an hour and a half max to do my nails my other salon takes 2- 2 1/2 hours. I got both base colors and design and I got them cheaper Then I do at my normal place with just one color, no design. As well as having to add product on my actual nail to allow me to have acrylics because of how short my nails are. Needless to say, I will be going back. Before and after posted below.
