New Nails

I had a great experience at this place, everyone there was welcoming and polite. I asked for natural looking acrylic nails and that’s exactly what I got . I will be coming back!:)

I haven’t been to either of their shops in a long minute. I am back closer and today is my birthday, I booked an appointment with John last week. Him and his staff treated me like a queen. 👸🏽 when I tell you he slayed my.chrome nails. They will be glistening in Jamaica, the Carmen Island’s and the Bahamas.. I usually just get a pedi which was also fire 🔥 but today Om glad I did. Next appointment already booked.

I was in this place for over 2 hours just to get a full set and pedicure!!!!! I walked out unhappy and displeased because I couldn't get the Halloween designs on my nails I wanted my nails shape came out completely different then I wanted also! Then the eyebrow lady left when she knew I wanted my brows threaded! I didn't even pay John the manager the complete total for my nails because I was livid! Kept answering his phone while doing my nails too. Very annoying!!!!!!! I shouldn't even paid for nails at all but I paid half the money because he took time trying and polished my nails .... I only tipped the old lady for my pedicure then I bounced! I wasted my time and money coming to this place and I won't be back. I don't like the customer service here. Period !!!!!!!!!!

The business's operational hours appear to be inconsistent, as they do not always adhere to the advertised opening time of 9:00 AM. During a recent visit, a pedicure appointment lasted for two and a half hours due to staffing issues, and then T, took another patron! Despite the customer's clear communication regarding the importance of this appointment for personal care, the experience was further complicated by a lack of professionalism and a perceived disregard for the customer's time. Given the availability of alternative nail salons in the area, it is suggested that other establishments be considered to ensure a more satisfactory and efficient service experience. #Blackdollarsmatter!

No long waits here🙌🏼 they always have someone available. Quality work👍🏼, they don’t rush it. Price reasonable.
