Let me start off by saying, Im very disappointed on the customer service!! I've been bringing my whole family here for a year or so. I was a consistent loyal client. I would bring my kids here every couple of months. I was always nice and tipped everytime. The last time I took my son a couple of days ago. Jay gave me an attitude I guess it bothered him that I like to change different hair cuts on my son, he was very impatient , rude comments and plain rude. When it was time to pay he suddenly told me its $5 extra that the price went up after he was done . He could've told me before, that was strange. Jay is rude impatient and ungrateful! Apparently they dont appreciate loyal customers. I will take my business elsewhere!

This was my first time coming to this salon and I'm glad I did! Before and after photos were taken showing the beautiful cut done. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to get an awesome haircut to go here. Atmosphere is professional but also like home.

Did a walk in with 2 of my kids, was taken in a few minutes by Jay. My son got a comb over hair cut, Jay made some suggestions which we agreed to and loved the turn around my son finally has someone who he can trust to get his haircuts from now on, Jay is super friendly and explained with such kindness to my son how to comb his hair. Then for my teenage daughter who had long hair but wanted a new look (short hair) she showed him the haircut she wanted and she was super nervous of it not turning out the way she wanted. At the end she saw his results and absolutely loved it!!! I’m so glad we found this place, it’s definitely our go to place. Five stars and beyond for Jay’s amazing customer service. To be honest, I was scared to get my hair done at a new place. New Look Beauty salon did a great job. Martha, the hairstylist, made me feel comfortable and welcomed as it was my first time. She did an amazing job with my highlights. I was also able to get my nails done at the same time. Mayra is very talented with manicure and super friendly. I highly recommend her. Don't wait, guys, and book an appointment.

I was lucky the salon was able to get me in on short notice. My stylist was Jay. He is so nice! He's fun to talk to and he did a great job on my hair, which was a dumpster fire when I walked thru their door. Jay got rid of the mess my hair was. I will be a returning client for sure!
