Daniel R. at New Heights in West Haven is an amazing barber. From the moment you sit in his chair, he makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. He really listens to what you want and makes sure he delivers exactly that. You never feel rushed, and he takes his time to get every detail right. The haircut always comes out clean, sharp, and exactly how I asked for it. On top of that, the atmosphere is relaxed and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. After years of going to different barbershops, I found a true professional in Ronny. He is a respectful, patient, and very attentive young man. He knows how to listen to what one needs, he's never in a hurry. His manner is kind and he cares about every detail, from cleanliness to making sure you leave perfectly groomed and without any annoying hair. I’ve been going to Dan for about five years now, and he’s the best barber I know. He started cutting hair back in high school, and I was there with him from the beginning. Ever since then, he’s been consistent, reliable, and always on point. I’ve never had a bad cut from Dan every time he delivers. He’s so good that he also cuts my nephew’s and cousin’s hair, and all four of us will book with him on the same day. The quality you get for the price is unmatched, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been to many barbers before him but none of them care about their craft more than him you are in great hands.
