Mandy, my nail technician, is a delight! She was incredibly thorough with my nails, cleaning out my cuticles meticulously and ensuring an even application of builder gel. Her attention to detail and reassurance throughout the process made me feel comfortable. I wasn’t satisfied with the color I chose initially, so I returned the next day with my personal gel polish in the desired shade. She patiently removed the old color and applied my new one. I’m thrilled with my nails! To top it off, she even gave me a discount for returning the next day to make the change. The entire experience at this salon was wonderful, and I’ll definitely be back in three weeks. Here’s a tip: don’t hesitate to ask for cuticle removal and bring your own color. They’ll be more than happy to work with you!

I'm a customer there, but yesterday I had a bad experience. The person who started serving me was rude, and even when she was polishing the acrylic with her machine, she grabbed my finger, which is still visible today. She also filed my nails rudely, so I had to ask for a different person. I'm Hispanic, so maybe she didn't like me. They should look into this type of behavior, which undermines their reputation.

Was the worse experience ever!!! The nail tech Haley totally obliterated my nails! I ask her to soak the Acrylic off my nails and she Proceeds to take a card of some sort and lift up the Loose acrylic nail that was formed from a previous application. Now I have No nails because of this. She did decide after doing this to Several nails let me soak the rest off. I decided to let her finish soaking my remaining nails and not get my nails done. Then she had the Balls to ask for a tip!! I guess it’s all about a dollar and not the customer at this establishment.

I was reminded this evening why I stopped coming here a few years back. I recall feeling like they ignored the colored customers needs in order to rush and serve the Caucasian customers. I was here two weeks ago to get dip powder on regular nails. It was my first time trying it. I was out of there in 25 minutes. Thought that was a good thing. It soaked off within a week in a half. I’ve heard it’s not supposed to come off that fast. That day it was pretty empty and the 3 ladies were pleasant. A little short and rushing when asking questions but, not rude. So tonight, I gave them another try. They were more crowded than before. All Caucasian women being serviced. Owner tried to pick my color for me. Hey I’ve been coming for a few months but, honestly there dip service is way below satisfactory. They don’t make them even. They can’t shape properly and don’t coats the dip powder the correct way. Had my nails done Saturday and had to get nails fixed the next and had multiple nails chip the following day along with the polish lifting. When I brought this to their attention. They looked at me like I was crazy.
