New England School of Barbering

Tried it out for the first time and it was absolutely great. Had a basic woman’s cut from a student that took his time to make sure I was happy. The students and teacher are friendly and easy to talk to. It does take longer than a typical haircut, but they do a nicer job. The teacher also cut my 3 year old hair and did a fabulous job. She made sure he was comfortable and happy the whole time and took breaks when he needed. I definitely plan on returning. The price is great too, although a $16 dollar cut for a toddler is a little pricey.

First visit and everyone was so accommodating and friendly. My son says this is "the place to go!" Angela did a great job listening to what he wanted for a cut and delivered! Thanks and we can't wait to come back for another haircut and a shave!

I can’t say enough good things about this school. I came in one day when I was in the area for work. I showed up 5 minutes after closing thinking I would have to come back the next day but the students as well as teachers welcomed me with open arms. I had the opportunity to sit down in Sabs chair and not only was the conversation with her great but she showed so much passion and care while I was her the chair. The teachers do a great job guiding their students to excellence and making you feel welcomed. I would recommend this school for your haircut.

This business is truly an asset to the community. Besides offering a great service the owners are just plain nice people. Yes, the students cut your hair while training but Dave or Cynthia always make sure you leave with a great cut and you can't beat the price. If you have time make sure you get a shave... Not only does it make you feel pampered but it is so relaxing.

My experience was exactly what I needed and was looking for. I went to get my license for master barbering. I was told by another barber to be ready because the instructors we’re going to make you work for it. He said “Walk in with tough skin and you’ll be better for it.” He wasn’t wrong. I walked in dropping my ego and ready to learn the NESOB way. Mrs. C is tough for all the right reasons. I worked at a few other barbershops where I lacked the confidence I needed and was quick to let others bring me down because I didn’t believe in myself. The way Mrs. C teaches is to help you gain that confidence in yourself. It may seem tough but I walked away knowing I could handle myself and if I was questioned, I now know how to handle it. The school also reminded me why I wanted to be in this profe
