New Berlin spa & salon

I had such an amazing experience at this massage salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly professional and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. My massage was exactly what I needed—relaxing, therapeutic, and left me feeling completely refreshed. You can tell they really care about their clients and the quality of their service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage! Ruby did a phenomenal job! Thank you ladies I will be returning soon. :)

I had my massage today with Lilly and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in my entire life. I walked in feeling tense and heavy, and I left feeling so much lighter and completely relaxed. The experience was professional, calming, and truly therapeutic from start to finish. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place that really knows how to help you relax and feel your best, this is it!

Had my first head spa session with Lily and really enjoyed it. She adjusted the pressure based on my scalp instead of just doing a routine massage, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The space is clean and calm, and she doesn’t push products, which I appreciate. Would definitely come back.

Sue was extremely warm and friendly - and so thorough and skilled. I have long, thick hair and it is such a hassle on wash day. I decided to treat myself to the scalp treatment. I didn’t expect such a wonderful massage and twilight nap to go with it! I came from across town and it was so worth it. I will be back - maybe even bring my husband to enjoy the scalp treatment too!!! Thank you, Sue! A major reset for my body and mind.

I give this salon -⭐️ if I could! I give it a one star simply because the two women, were friendly & honestly, maybe they are told what to do (human trafficking?). Neither spoke any English & the one used a translator app on her phone. I booked two scalp facials, for myself & my daughter, on a weekday at 11:00. Were there at 10:55, No one is in the reception area or the salon area (1st red flag). All the products that I can see are in Chinese (2nd red flag). A woman comes out, & she knows we’re there for the 11am appointment, and just says “20 minute”, we tell her we have an appointment and she says again “20 minute” (3rd red flag). We told each other if they’re not taking us by 11:30 we’re leaving. They were out there at 11:25 to get us. Now onto the scalp facial (90 minutes). We
