Neon Nails Spa

Definitely don’t recommend. Have been going here on and off for years and this last time was horrendous. I was charged 51 dollars for a gel manicure and design and it looks like a toddler drew it on. The lady who did them broke 3 of my real nails and told me it was because the previous salon put too much product on, when I only had nail polish on before. They are all shaped unevenly, and most of my nails aren’t even fully painted. Waste of time and money for sure!

First time here, had a full set, pedicure & eye brow waxing Friday 1/9/26. By Sunday 1/11/26 2 nails had already broken. By today 1/16/ 26, four nails have snapped off at the base nail. I spent $122 for all services plus gave a $15 tip. My girlfriend said maybe my nails were just too long. STOP THAT! Women get their nails done at all lengths. Do it well or not at all. I'll include a pic. This is the damage within less than a week. Also, keep in mind the damage done to your original nail when you need to request them ripped off for a "fix"... Women, we get what we pay for. This is NOT a place to save $$.

Done two days ago, the lady painted them then pushed my cuticles down for the manicure and did the cutting making all the space left. Sooo unsatisfied I usually go to fashion nails but they were booked and will never make this mistake again. I also had to correct the paint job maybe three times. Nails falling off

No point in coming here for a fill in when they file down the cuticle so much that it looks like I got this done a week ago. Very scammy. Also involuntarily switched nail techs halfway through and there was no communication. Told person 1 I wanted an acrylic fill in, person 2 gave me a liquid gel fill in and when I said thats not what I asked for I still got charged $10 more for the service I didnt want.

I went here to get a manicure and pedicure which came to 128$. My refill was 50$, 7$ for a broken nail. My friend got a full set much longer, French tips, and rhinestones for a few dollars more . It would’ve been really nice to know a full set would’ve been around the same price & I could’ve gotten them longer than the fill I planned on paying for . In the past they have never charged me for long nails, I understand but if I knew that I would’ve gotten them longer considering the price of length. I totally understand but that’s just another reason I wish I knew about the full set. Also they charge 10$ for polish removal on my toes, the nail polish was all chipped and not even gel, it came right off with some remover.
