I got a retwist with the Batana Hot Oil Treatment and I am in love with the service! Kai was amazing, she does great work, and she offers amazing conversation. She has definitely become my new loctician!

When I arrived I immediately loved the look of the salon. It was neat and spacious. Marg is awesome, a very delightful woman. My locs looked amazing after she was finished retwisting my hair. I received a hot oil treatment,relaxing wash and twist. I was so comfortable with her that I fell asleep midway...that never happens only under the dryer. That's how relaxing her hands were and the conversations we had was like to old friends who haven't seen each other in a while. I love that...no tense or forced conversation with her at all. Recommend 10 out of 10
