I came to Lala Spa with chronic back pains and very lucky to meet with Kim. Kim is very knowledgeable about different techniques such as Deep tissue, Sweddish and Thai. She asked great questions, expertly walk me through the different techniques and recommended a deep tissue massage. Kim has incredibly skills and professional, she has an intuitive touch, she found every not and tight spot without me having to point them out. Her pressure was firm and therapeutic yet never uncomfortable. She clearly has a deep understanding anatomy and technique. Kim was amazing, she has strong precise hands and really worked out the deep-seated tension in my back and shoulder. I walk out feeling like a new person, I will definitely be booking with her again. My monthly massage with Kim is always a wonderful, calming experience. Kim is delightful and very experienced. She always asks if there is something special I need and works on that area. The room is clean and the business is conveniently located in Quincy with plenty of parking across the street.
