Naya’s Chair | Holistic Hair Care

I’ve had the pleasure of sitting in Jahnaya’s chair twice now. The first time, she evaluated and treated my scalp and then gave me beautiful knotless braids that I enjoyed during the summer. The second time, she took care of my scalp, gave me a much-needed trim/cut, and gave me a chic silk press bob that withstood Maryland humidity, Memphis, TN heat, and weeks of workouts! But the true test of a great silk press is what it looks like after you wash your hair. This 13-years natural girlie is happy to say EVERY CURL reverted back! So yea, Jahnaya, did her thing and I highly recommend her!

She is amazing! She provides education, coaching, and care into her service. I been going to her for 3 years now and I wouldn't trade her for the world. I love the one on one interaction and the attention to detail. Communication is key and she never says away from discussing the truth. If I am having a bad day, she will let me know how that impacts my hair in a major way. She is worth the booking even for a consultation.

This was my first appointment with Naya and it went wonderfully! I got mini twists and a trim and my hair feels very healthy and moisturized. I’ve gotten several compliments on the style as well! Throughout the appointment, Naya discussed my hair with me, such as routines and products. I appreciate the suggestions she gave me throughout.

She was able to work with a situation I had that involved me being late for my appointment. She was very courteous and still got the whole treatment with regard to massaging my scalp to the point where I fell asleep in the chair..
